A FRESH START is learning in action and is an on the job experience for each team member working collectively. Your team will be engaged in trial and error, reflecting on practices which will encourage skills development and problem solving. This develops into energy and participation, gets everyone aligned with business and team targets and encourages collaboration and communicating with respect.
This aligns with the adult learning principle of adults not wanting to go over what they already know.
